4. Use of Hotjar

Our website uses the Hotjar analytics tool to better understand our visitors' needs and optimize their user experience. The Data Controller ensures and facilitates the exercise of the data subject's rights related to data processing, with particular regard to the right to information and objection.
The Data Controller undertakes to include guarantees in its privacy policy that guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subjects.

12. Rights of the data subjects
The data subject can exercise their rights described below at the address provided in point 1. All requests related to the enforcement of rights will be evaluated within 25 days of receipt.

12.1. Right to information
The principle of fair and transparent data processing requires us to inform data subjects before the start of data processing about the fact and purpose of the data processing, as well as the identity of the data controllers, data protection officers, the scope of processed data, the legal basis, duration, and method of the data processing, and the data processors used during the data processing. Based on the right to information, data subjects have the opportunity to request information regarding the processing of their data, in which case they will receive personalized information.

12.2. Withdrawal of consent
The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The data subject has the right to request the rectification or supplementation of their data processed by us.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or to initiate proceedings, and to have an effective judicial remedy, if they consider that their rights related to the processing of their data or the exercise of rights in connection with the data processing have been infringed. In the case of a judicial remedy, the data subject may initiate a civil lawsuit, which falls within the jurisdiction of the regional court.
